Dear Members,


Following the NSW Government announcement yesterday (Thurs 29th July) regarding 24-hour gym operation, as of Saturday 1st August, there will changes to our member access hours.


The new restrictions require staff to be present during any open hours to maintain a COVIDSafe environment.

From Saturday 1st August, our revised operating hours will be as follows:


Member Access Hours (The times that members will be able to use the facility)

Monday to Thursday 6am - 9pm

Friday 6am – 7pm

Saturday 9am - 4pm

Sunday 9am - 2pm


Office Hours (For any membership enquiries, alterations or new sign-ups)

Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 6:30pm

Friday 8:30am - 7pm

Saturday 9am - 4pm

Sunday 9am - 2pm


Please note that these revised operating hours are only temporary and the gym will return to 24 hour operation once given the green light by the NSW Government.


For anyone unable to attend the gym during our Member Access Hours, there will be the option to place your membership on hold (at no charge) until restrictions have been lifted and 24-hour access resumes.


A reminder that strict hygiene and social distancing measures will be enforced by our COVIDSafe Marshalls. These include:

  • NO TOWEL, NO TRAIN, NO EXCEPTIONS. Any member without a towel will be asked to leave
  • 1.5m social distancing must be adhered to
  • Equipment must be wiped down before and after use with the disinfectant and/or antibacterial wipes provided
  • Hand Sanitiser must be applied upon entry and exit to the gym
